Brandon Dyksterhouse is entering his second season of collegiate coaching as a member of the Lobo coaching staff. Dyksterhouse is a former NCAA giant slalom champion from the University of Vermont and was a U.S. Ski Team invitee. He made an immediate impact on the Lobos, helping UNM win its first team title in school history in his first season.

Dyksterhouse helped the Lobos win the 2004 men's slalom team championship and also was a major factor in Jennifer Delich's 2004 women's giant slalom individual title.

Dyksterhouse graduatd from Vermont in 2000 after a stellar career with the Catamounts. He won the NCAA men's giant slalom title in 1997 and was a three-time all-American at UVM. He earned a degree in Business with a Marketing concentration from Vermont in 2000. While at Vermont, Dyksterhouse was a four-year letterwinner and captain of the ski team during his senior season.

Prior to coming to UNM, Dyksterhouse trained and traveled with the U.S. Ski Team as an invitee. He is currently pursuing a master's degree in Sports Administration at UNM .
