NEW MEXICO:

Fourth-year runner who adds a solid veteran presence to a relatively young women's distance crew...returns to the track after a redshirting the 2004 season and will look to contribute in the 5,000 this spring.

2004: (cross country) Ran with the Lobos' top-7 in all six meets in her final season, scoring at New Mexico State, the Great American XC Festival and the Mountain Region Championships...shattered her 6K PR at the Mountain Regionals, finishing with a time of 23:26.6...recorded a season-best finish of 17th at NMSU.

2003-04: (indoor/outdoor) Redshirted both seasons... (cross country) Competed at four meets...finished among the team's top-7 three times.

2002-03: (outdoor) Competed in four 5K races and notched three top-10 finishes...personal-best time of 18:52.79 at LSU...(indoor) Placed eighth in her only (3K) race of the season at NAU...(cross country) Was a fixture in the top-seven during the fall in her first full season of competition...ran fourth on the team in her final two races...notched a season-best 6K time of 23:51 at the Mountain Region Championships...finished 20th at Lori Fitzgerald Invitational.

2001-02: (outdoor) Notched top-five finishes in three of her four races...recorded the team's fourth-fastest 5,000m time...(indoor) Raced five times and owned the Lobos' third and fourth-fastest 5K times...top effort of 19:35.97...(cross country) Competed in just 2 races, but ran fourth on the team at both the MWC and NCAA Mountain Region Championship meets.

HIGH SCHOOL:

Four-year letterwinner in track and three-year letterwinner in cross country at Manzano High School in Albuquerque...all-district performer in track and cross country...competed at the National Junior Olympics as a junior...senior cross country captain and Most Valuable Runner honoree...National Honor Society member, president of M.E.S.A. and active in student council.
