Out at UC Berkeley, New Mexico posted 35 top-10 finishes and multiple season bests.
Joe Franklin's Lobos tallied 55 top-10 finishes at the Great Friends of UNM Track & Field Stadium on Saturday.
2012 Indoor: Competed at five meets, including the conference championships...Claimed runner-up honors in the 600 at the Cherr & Silver Invitational, finishing in 1:20.59...Ran in the 800 the next four times, including the New Mexico Classic (1:52.78*, 5th), the Don Kirby Elite Invite (1:52.94*, 3rd), and the MW Indoor Championships (1:51.96*, 7th).
2012 Outdoor: Participated at five meets...Opened at the UTEP Springtime Invitational with an 18th-place 400 of 50.99*...Ran in the 1500 at the Don Kirby Tailwind, placing 8th with a 3:55.41* time...Ran in the 800 the next three meets, including the Mt. SAC Relays, the Brutus Hamilton Open (winning the event) and the prelims of the MW Championships.
2011 Indoor: 8th place in the 800m at Conference Indoor and a member of the 4x400 relay team that placed 5th... Had a season best in the 800m at the Indoor UNM Don Kirby Invitational with a time of 1:51.74, which is very impressive as a true freshman.
2011 Outdoor: Had a very consistent outdoor season, improving each meet...Ran a 1:52.17 in the 800m at Mt. Sac Relays in California... Also ran the 800m in California at two other meets, Brutus Hamilton Invitational and Steve Scott Invitational... Competed at the MW Outdoor Championships in both the 800 and 4x400 meter relay...Reached a personal best of 1:51.46 in the 800M preliminaries, but unfortunately barely missed out of the finals in a very competitive field.
