NEW MEXICO:

2011 Indoor: At the MWC Indoor Championships, Kipruto posted a sixth-place finish in the mile with a time of 4:21.88 and a 12th-place finish in the 3000 meter run with a time of 8:39.45...Finished 11th at NCAA Championships in the 5000m run, clocking in at 13:48.52...

2011 Outdoor: 2nd place in one of 5000 meter runs at the Mt. SAC Relays with a time of 15:39.63...Recorded hispersonal best in the 1500 at the Payton Jordan Invitational (3:45.39)...At the MWC Championships, he placed second in the 5,000 with a time of 14:11 and first in the 10K with a time of 32:42.73...Qualified for Nationals in the 5,000 with a personal best of 13:41.9...Placed 11th in the 5000 meter run at the NCAA Division I Championships with a time of 13:48.52.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:

A 2005 graduate of Chemelil Sugar Academy...Previously attended Dine College....Won the New Mexico Classic in the mile and the Lobo Open in the 3,000m run and mile run at a member of the Dine College track team...Had personal bests in the mile of 4:13.33 and in the 3,000m run of 8:34.52 while at Dine College.
