2008: (outdoor) Ranked second on the team (T-6th MWC) with a top jump of 6-06.75...cleared the height in a fourth place finish at the MWC Championships...8 event competitions in 7 meets...(indoor) No. 2 on the team (3rd MWC) in the high jump with a top clearance of 6-07.50...capped the winter with a fourth place finish at the MWC Championships (6-06.75)...5 meet appearances.

A 2008 graduate of Albuquerque Cibola High School...letterwinner for head coach Kenny Henry...class 5A state high jump champion as a senior with a jump of 6-07.00...beat the next competitor by over 2 inches...2nd at the state meet as a junior (6-05.00)...also ranked 3rd in the state in the triple jump as a senior with a top mark of 44-00.50...all-state wide receiver for the Cougar football team.
