Versatile threat from 800 to 6,000 meters who established herself as one of the nation's premier 1,500m runners last spring after a fine cross country season...enters the 2009 XC season in the best shape of her career and could be one of the most improved runners in the MWC this year...came on strong late last fall to earn all-region honors...later became the first UNM woman ever to qualify for the NCAA Championships or NCAA Regional Championships in the 1,500 and was both an all-region and all-MWC honoree in the event...set the UNM mile record indoors in her debut track season...enrolled at UNM in the fall of 2008 after transferring from Loughborough University in England...academic standout as well with a 3.88 graduate GPA.

2008-09: (outdoor) Became the first UNM woman ever to qualify for the NCAA Championships or NCAA Midwest Regional Championships in the 1,500m...finished 22nd overall at the NCAA meet in Fayetteville, Ark., clocking a time of 4:23.99 in the semifinals...earned an automatic bid to nationals and earned all-region honors with a third place finish (4:25.88) at the Midwest Regionals in Norman, Okla...led the team (3rd MWC/58th NCAA) with a season-best time of 4:23.23 - 4th all-time at UNM - on May 2 at Stanford...earned all-MWC honors with a bronze medal finish (4:23.57) in the 1,500 and paced the early laps of the 5,000m at the MWC Championships at the nation's highest Division I track stadium in Laramie, Wyo...clocked a season-best 17:07.55 (5th team/11th MWC) in the 5K in her season debut at Stanford...9 races in 7 meets...Academic All-MWC and MWC Scholar-Athlete Award winner.
(indoor) Led the team (4th MWC/48th NCAA) in the mile with a school record time of 4:44.58 in the March 7 regular season finale at Notre Dame...ran under the NCAA provisional qualifying time twice in 4 mile races...finished 5th (5:06.20) in the event at the MWC Championships in Colorado Springs after running the fastest prelim time (5:10.67)...No. 2 on the team (6th MWC) in the 3,000 with a time of 9:43.20 at Washington...also the Lobos' No. 2 800m runner (2:15.53 - 11th MWC)...earned all-MWC honors, running the mile anchor leg for the silver medal Lobo DMR team (12:08.80)...7 races in 6 meets.
(cross country) Scored 4 times in 7 meets...earned all-Region honors with a surprising 20th place finish (6th on the team, season-best 21:09.0) for the second place Lobos at the NCAA Mountain Region Championships...was the team's No. 5 runner (167th overall, 21:43.4) to help UNM finish 18th at the NCAA Championships...26th (6th on the team) at the MWC Championships (22:40)...was the Lobos' No. 5 (34th overall) in the team's impressive 3rd place finish at Minnesota's Roy Griak Invitational...Academic All-MWC.
