2011: Arguably the ace of the squad after teammate Nicholas Kipruto was sidelined with an injury...Competed at the last five meets, only once finishing out of the top 20...Opened the season at the Notre Dame Invitational with a ninth-place run of 24:17...Placed 20th at the Wisconsin Invitational with a 24:08 time...Won the Lobos first Mountain West title since 2009 with a 24:45.9 clocking...Lead New Mexico at the NCAA Regionals with his third-place run of 30:24.8...Was forced to withdraw 6000 km into the 10K at the NCAA Championships.

2010:Injured most of the year, but managed to come to make the team for the postseason...First meet was at the MWC Championships, where he placed eighth with a 25:22.9 time...Helped the Lobos to a NCAA Regional title with his seventh-place run of 30:04...Notched third-highest Lobo finish at NCAA Championships (81st) with a time of 31:08.3.

2009: Competed at seven meets, seven for the Lobos and two unattached...First New Mexico competition was at the Notre Dame Invitational, where he placed 41st with a 24:34 time...Posted a 79th-place time of 24:55.1 at the Pre-Nationals Invitational...Scored for the Lobos at the MWC Championships, placing tenth with a 24:18.5 time...Placed 44th at the NCAA Regionals with a time of 31:54.2...Finished the NCAA Championships in 31:23.2 for 150th.
