Stevens: Lobos Cross Country At NCAA Mountain Region

Joe Franklin's Lobos swept the Mountain Region in 2010, but this time around UNM is just hoping to advance to NCAA finals

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2010 graduate of Cibola High School in Albuquerque, N.M...4 year letterwinner in track and cross country for head coach Kenny Henry...named school Athlete of the Week, Month, and also Fall...won state championships for track and field in 2008 and 2010....won state championships for cross country in 2008 and 2009...placed 3rd individually at state championships for cross country in 2009...placed 1st individually at state championships for cross country in 2010...placed 5th at Nike Team Nationals in 2010...owns the track and field school record for the mile (4:24).
