The Lobos swept the 2011 Mountain West Cross Country Championships in Ft. Collins.

NEW MEXICO

2011: Undeniably the Lobos best runner...Like in 2009, posted the team's top finish in every single meet...Finished her UNM career with the team's best mark at 14 of the 18 meets she ran for the Lobos...Started her ultimate year with a runner-up performance at the Lobo Invitational, finishing in 17:29.8...Took 11th and 28th at the Notre Dame Invitational (17:17) and Wisconsin Invitational (20:44)...Won the individual title at the Mountain West Championships with a 20:47.8 clocking that also helped the Lobos to their fourth-straight conference crown...Placed seventh at the NCAA Regionals with a 21:05.8 time, again leading the Lobos back to the NCAA Championships for the fourth consecutive year...Registered a 41st-place performance at the NCAA Championships, as her 20:32 time propelled the Lobos to a ninth-place finish.

2010: Continued as one of the Lobos best runners, vying with newcomers Natalie Gray and Sarah Waldron for top honors...Posted the team's top finishes at both the season-opening Lobo Invitational (17:18.6, third overall) and the Roy Griak Invitational (21:21.2, eighth overall)...Took 17th at the Notre Dame Invitational with a 17-flat time...21:28.8 time earned third for the Lobos at the MWC Championships as they swept the medals and earned their third consecutive team victory...Placed sixth overall at the NCAA Regionals with a 20:32.9 time...Snapped up 26th at the NCAA Championships as her 20:46.7 time was the second best by a Lobo.

2009: Quickly emerged as New Mexico's ace runner, finishing as the best Lobo in every meet she competed at for UNM...Opened the season with a bronze finish at the Kachina Classic, finishing in 18:71.1...Backed that up with a 12th-place mark of 17:03 at the highly competitive Notre Dame Invitational...Placed 34th at the Pre-Nationals Invitational with a 21:23.7 time...Took runner-up honors at the MWC Championships, leading the squad to a conference title with her 21:10.7 clocking...Earned 11th at the NCAA Regionals (21:17.2) and 46th at the NCAA Championships (20:50.9) to round out the season.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

Attended Loughborough (England) University...Steeplechase standout with a previous best of 10:12.50 (3K) recorded in 2006 in the semifinals of the IAAF World Junior Championships in Beijing...Went on to place 9th (10:13.58) in the event finals...Won the British University 2K steeplechase title in her first year at Loughborough in 2007 and again in her final spring in 2009...7th in the 3K steeple at the UK National Championships...Previous lifetime bestin the 5,000mwas 16:39.49 (May 2009)...Also ran under 4:29 in the 1,500 last spring and has a lifetime best of 4:28.96 in the event (2006)...Attended Wymondham High School, graduating in 2006.
