Junior (2009): Started season in the bullpen before switching to the starting rotation with occasional relief roles...made 16 appearances, eight starts, compiling a 2-1 record...struck out 30 in 40.1 innings of work...made first start on March 18 over then-ranked No. 3 Texas A&M, pitching 4.1 scoreless innings with two hits and two strikeouts...notched first win on March 22 over Northwestern with two scoreless innings of relief...made four consecutive starts from April 9-May 2...tossed a season-high five innings against Utah on April 9...recorded a season-high four strikeouts in 2.2 innings against Texas Tech on March 31 and in four innings at Saint Mary's on May 11.
