Junior (2009): Appeared in 40 games with 30 starts...split time between catcher and outfield...batted .313, the highest season average of his Lobo career, in 112 at-bats with 22 RBI, 23 runs scored and two home runs...slugged four triples and three doubles...ranked sixth in the Mountain West Conference in batting average for players with less than 150 at-bats...was 5-for-6 on stolen bases...reached base in all five at-bats against Binghamton on March 6, collecting a season-high three hits in a 3-for-3 outing with two runs scored and two walks...scored a career-high three times on Feb. 28 against Northern Colorado with two hits, two walks and an RBI...matched a career-best with three RBI over Arizona on April 15...went 2-for-4 with two RBI, two runs scored and a home run in game two against Northwestern on March 21.
Sophomore (2008): Moved in to the starting spot in center field following season-ending injury to Max Willett...appeared in 49 games, starting 45...led the Lobos in sacrifice hits with nine...third on the team in walks with 21...batted .326, collecting eight extra base hits and 12 RBI...had three sacrifices against Utah on April 20 in his first three plate appearances (sac bunt, sac bunt, sac fly), then a walk in his fourth appearance...went 2-for-3 on April 19 vs. Utah including two runs scored and two RBI.
Freshman 2007: Started his first game in right on Feb. 16 (game 1) vs. No. 7 Nebraska...led the team in hits, runs and RBI vs. Texas Tech on Feb. 27, going 3-for-5 with three RBI and two runs, including his first collegiate home run...led the team in RBI with 3 vs. Rhode Island on March 11, going 2-for-3 with two runs...doubled twice at UC Irvine on March 18...produced a team-high four hits vs. Hawaii-Hilo on April 28, going 4-for-5 with two doubles, three RBI and two runs scored...walked twice and scored one of the team's four runs, making the start behind the plate at TCU on May 17.
High School: Played for the Western Australia state team... Hit .391, leading the team to a 10-0 record and a national championship...five-time scholarship holder at W.A.I.S school in Perth, West Australia ...three-time national honoree and six-time state honoree.
