Grady will be a reserve infielder this season for the Lobos. 2004 (Freshman) - Started 18 games at third base and saw action in 27 games...hit .232 with four homers and 18 RBI...collected 19 hits and 11 runs scored...five doubles...went 3-for-5 with a homer, two RBI and two runs vs. UCSB (3/6)...2-for-4 at TCU (3/14)...homered at New Mexico State (3/24)...season-high three RBI at San Diego State (5/2)...3-for-4 with a homer and two doubles vs. Arizona State (5/18)...home run vs. San Diego State in the MWC Tournament (5/28). High School - Earned four letters in baseball and three in football...first-team all-state shortstop his senior season...named 2003 Cibola High School Athlete of the Year...academic all-district selection...played for the Albuquerque Cubs summer team at third base, batting .400 while slugging 14 homers...batted .530 and blasted 24 career home runs...hit .460 with four home runs and 21 RBI his junior year...participated in the Fall Wood Bat tournament in Peoria, Ariz., with the Albuquerque Cubs club team...was also a football standout at Cibola High, but left the team to focus fully on baseball...was also being recruited by the University of San Francisco.
