Junior 2009: Named to the Academic All-Mountain West Conference team...posted a 4-2 record in 18 appearances...struck out 22 with nine walks in 32.2 innings...picked up first win with 5.1 innings of relief on March 3 over New Mexico State allowing two runs on three hits with a season-high five strikeouts...improved to 2-0 in next outing with two scoreless innings against Binghamton on March 8...made two starts, first of which came in second appearance of season on Feb. 25.
College of Southern Idaho 2007 & 2008: Posted a 7-3 record and 2.90 ERA in 2008, striking out 61 in 71.1 innings pitched...earned second team all-region 18 in 2007 and 2008... went 8-3 in 19 games with eight starts and three saves in 2007... recorded 56 strikeouts in 70.2 innings pitched with a 1.40 ERA, sixth best in the NJCAA.
High School: A four-year varsity player at C.M. Russell High School, earning the team's outstanding pitcher award all four years...set the single season strikeout record of 136 in 2006 spent four years on the honor roll...participated in student government all four years.
