Averaged 3.6 ppg and 14.3 minutes, playing in 27 of 30 games • 3-19 from 3-pt. range in first 14 conference games...13-24 in the last three from behind the arc • Started last three games and responded with 41 points (13.7/game) after scoring a total of 56 in his first 24 games of the season (2.3/game)...he's also hit 13-24 threes in the last 3 games (54.2%) • MWC Scholar Athlete.

2004-05 • Junior Season
Saw action in 24 of 33 games, averaging 1.3 ppg • Started four conference games after Kris Collins was lost for the season due to a foot injury • Scored six points, grabbed five rebounds and dished out three assists in his first start against UNLV, tying a career-high in rebounds and setting a career mark in assists • MWC Scholar Athlete.

2003-04 • Sophomore Season
Given the Inspirational Award at the 2004 basketball banquet • MWC Scholar-Athlete • Played in 18 games • Averaged 1.2 ppg and 5.2 mpg • 15 points in 50 minutes last 7 games on 5-9 shooting, 2-2 FTs...7 points in 43 minutes the first 21 games.

2002-03 • Freshman Season
Played in all 28 games with 5 starts from Dec. 2-21 • Averaged 3.5 ppg, 1.0 rpg, and 15.8 mpg overall, but just 1.5 ppg, 0.5 rpg and 10.4 mpg in MWC games when playing time diminshed • 25 of 69 (36%) from 3-point range • Took only 13 shots from inside the arc • Averaged 24.8 mpg first 10 games • MWC Scholar Athlete.

High School
A 2002 graduate of Sandia High School in Albuquerque • High school coach was Tom Knauber • Helped lead Sandia to three district championships and one district tournament title • SHS posted a 75-24 record in his four years there • First team all-metro team selection and McDonald's All-American nominee as a senior • Three-time first team all-district selection and received honorable mention as a freshman • Also lettered in track and was a member of Sandia's 5A state champion 400-meter relay team as a junior • State finalist in the long jump as a junior and senior, and in the 100-meter dash as a senior • Named SHS Athlete of the Year in 2002.
