General Information/Career
Small forward who transferred to UNM from Northeastern Oklahoma A&M in Miami, Okla., prior to his junior season Very athletic with a nice touch from outside Has tremendous leaping ability, soaring over 40" in the vertical jump Still holds the Oklahoma prep high jump record of 7'2" set in 2000 at Muskogee High School...Personal best is 7' 4.5" set at Barton County (Kan.) Community College in 2001 Earned the Most Improved Award at the 2005 Men's Basketball Banquet Competed in one meet for the Lobo Track team following his senior year, clearing 6-11 in the high-jump.
2004-05 Senior Season
Earned Honorable Mention All-MWC honors and was named to the MWC All-Tournament Team Averaged 10.3 ppg and 4.4 rpg Shot 52.7% from the field and 40.7% from 3-pt. range Sixth in the MWC in 3-pt. FG% Seventh in the MWC with 1.79 3-pt. FGs per-game Hit four 3-pt. FGs in a game six times Averaged 12.5 ppg on 60.0% shootingand 57.1% from 3-pt. range in the postseason.
2003--04 Junior Season
One of only three Lobos to play in every game, starting 25 Averaged 8.8 ppg and 5.4 rpg 11.0 ppg in non-conference action on 47% (47-101) FGs and 39% (24-61) from 3-pt. range...6.8 ppg in MWC games on 34.8% (30-86) FGs and 27.8% (15-54) from 3-pt. range Tied for the team lead with 10 charges drawn 39 3-pt. FG's ranked 10th in the MWC...the only forward in the top-10.
2002-03 Sophomore Season (Northeastern Okla. A&M)
First-team all conference and all-region performer when he averaged 15 points and 6.5 rebounds a game Made 40% of his 3-point attempts Tried more than 130 shots from beyond the arc Played for head coach Jason Turk.
2001-02 Redshirt Season (Northeastern Okla. A&M)
Enrolled in classes at Northeastern Oklahoma A&M but did not compete.
2000-01 Freshman Season (Barton County (Kan.) CC)
Participated in track at Barton County (Kan.) College his first year out of high school Set his personal best in the high jump at 7' 4.5".

Born July 1, 1981, in Muskogee, Okla. Full name is Alfred Lee Neale Son of Wayne and Mary Alfred is one of eight children He has two older brothers and five sisters, four older and one younger Would like to work in the field of computer technology Graduated in the Spring of 2005 with a degree in University Studies Is an excellent musician who plays in a gospel music band with his family Very talented on the piano but can also play the bass, guitar, drums and saxaphone.
