Transferred to UNM from Indian Hills CC in Ottumwa, Iowa, prior to his junior season • Ranked the 16th best junior college player by JucoJunction.com following his sophomore year at Indian Hills CC • Completely changed his game from a scoring PG to a floor leader, but still hit the open shot • Career 80.2% from the FT line is 8th all-time at UNM.
2007-08 • Senior Season
• Shot 48.8% from the field and 48.7% from 3-pt. range for the season
• 48.7% (38-78) from 3-pt. range is the fourth best percentage in school history (Min. 1 3-pt. FG/G)...made one more 3-pt. FG (38) than last his junior year, but done so in 32 less shots
• Led the MWC in FT% at 81.8% in league games...78.6% in all games ranked 5th in the MWC
• Career-high 24 points on 6-10 shooting, 3-5 from behind the arc and 9-10 from the FT line, in a season-high 29 minutes at Wyoming...also had a career-high two blocks and tied a career mark with two steals
• 17 points on 6-8 shooting, 2-2 from 3-pt. range and 3-3 from the FT line at New Mexico State
2006-07 • JUNIOR SEASON
Averaged 8.0 ppg and 1.9 apg, seeing action in 30 games with 22 starts • Season-high 19 points against Pepperdine, hitting 10-11 shots from the FT line • Shot a team-high 82.5% from the FT line, ranking fifth in the MWC • Hit double figures in scoring 10 times and led the team in scoring once during the season • Scored 10+ points in four of his last five games of the season • Shot 41.3% from the field and 33.6% from 3-pt. range • Season-high six assists against Charleston Southern.
2005-06 • SOPHOMORE SEASON (INDIAN HILLS CC)
Averaged 20.3 ppg, 3.0 apg and 1.5 spg at Indian Hills CC in Ottumwa, Iowa, for head coach Jeff Kidder • Earned 1st Team NJCAA Division I All-American honors, leading IHCC to a 25-6 record • Player of the Year in the Iowa Community College Athletics Conference • Led IHCC and Region XI in scoring • Shot 45.3% from the field and 45.2% from 3-pt. range, setting a school record with 95 3-pt. FGs • Tied a school record with 177 FTs made, hitting 85.5% of his FT attempts.

Averaged 14 ppg as a freshman at the College of Eastern Utah in Price, Utah • Earned honorable mention All-Region XVIII • Made a school record 27 consecutive FTs.
