NEW MEXICO:
Returning starter at wide receiver who will open preseason practice in a reserve role behind Hank Baskett...started nine games opposite Baskett last year and gained a tremendous amount of experience...coaches expect him to be much improved in 2005 and hope he can emerge as more of a factor in the passing game in his second Division I season...has shown good play-making potential, but needs to improve his execution and consistency...solid team player who has proven to be a willing and capable blocker...originally signed with the Lobos out of high school, but did not qualify academically...has a redshirt year available...JC teammate Adam Garday also enrolled at UNM last year.
2004 (JUNIOR):
Made 9 starts and 12 game appearances opposite Hank Baskett...finished with 3 catches for 46 yards, including a 34-yard TD reception at UNLV...11 knockdown blocks during the regular season, including a season-high 3 at UNLV...had 2 KDs at Colorado State, including one that sprung Hank Baskett's 69-yard TD reception.
SCOTTSDALE CC:
Junior college receiver who will attend UNM in the fall...has a redshirt year available...JC teammate Adam Garday enrolled at UNM in January...started all 10 games last year...had 30 receptions and 3 TDs for head coach Ken Giovando

A 2002 graduate of Winslow HS...second team all-state wide receiver and a first team all-conference cornerback as a senior...played for head coach Matt Gracey...Class 3A state champ in the 100 meters in the spring of 2002...2001-02 3A North Conference Athlete of the Year
