NEW MEXICO: Emerging offensive performer who earned playing time at fullback...aims to add weight and get stronger during offseason workouts...spent the 2010 as a redshirt defensive back...moved to fullback during 2011 fall camp.

2011 (REDSHIRT FRESHMAN): Played in 11 games on special teams and as a reserve fullback...finished with seven special teams tackles...made one catch for five yards at San Diego State.

HIGH SCHOOL: Played both sides of the ball at San Pedro High School in San Pedro, Calif....he recorded 48 tackles (30 solo), 5 INTs, 3 PBU from his safety position as a senior...as a wide receiver, he had 21 catches for 363 yards and four TDs in his final prep season.
