Receiver and strong safety who helped lead Hatch Valley to three straight Class 2A state titles...the Bears compiled an overall record of 35-4 in his three years, including 13-0 in 2004...three-time first team all-state receiver and he added first team all-state honors as a defensive back following his senior season...career numbers were 189 receptions for 3,394 yards, or nearly 18 yards per catch...had 25 TDs his final two seasons...two-year defensive numbers were 131 tackles, 18 interceptions, including 2 run back for scores, 34 tackles for loss, 2 sacks, 4 fumble recoveries and a blocked punt...suffered a severely sprained left ankle on the first play of the second quarter in 2005 title game against Tucumcari...played for head coach Charles Gleghorn.
