CAREER HIGHLIGHTS:

  • Received All-Conference honors at Trinity Valley Community College in 2007, in which he recorded a team-high 66 solo tackles and 70 tackles overall to second overall.
  • Mentored Illinois State defensive back Otis Merrill, who is a free-agent signee with the Green Bay Packers in 2012.

Khenon Hall is in his first season as an offensive graduate assistant at the University of New Mexico. He spent the 2010-11 seasons as a defensive graduate assistant at Illinois State, his alma mater. Hall assisted with the Redbirds' secondary and defensive line.

Hall spent the 2009 season as a student assistant at Illinois State, coaching the secondary.

He started six games for Illinois State in 2009 before suffering a career-ending neck injury. Hall earned his degree in University Studies in 2010.

Hall is married to the former Jasmine Harris of Normal, Ill. The couple has one daughter, Jazlyn, and one son, Khenon Jr.
