Davie will teach fundamentals, technique, schemes, X's and O's -- but there will be hitting!

NEW MEXICO: Massive offensive lineman who adds depth up front for the Lobos...earned a spot on the two-deep roster in 2011 and saw playing time as a true freshman...has tremendous upside as he continues to mature in the program...moves well, has quick feet and uses his long arms to keep defenders off balance.

2011 (TRUE FRESHMAN): Played in all 12 games, making starts at right guard against Nevada in week six and San Diego State in week nine...rotated with senior Mike Muniz and benefited from being around Muniz's experience.

HIGH SCHOOL: Ranked as one of the top offensive lineman in the state of Maryland...played at McDonough High School for head coach Luke Ethington...2010 First Team All-SMAC and First Team All-Tournament team...named first team all-state...earned the Offensive Most Valuable Player award...led his team to the 2010 State Championship (13-1)...two-year starter and letterman on the basketball team...had 77 knockdown blocks and recorded 52 pancake blocks...graded out at 86 percent as a senior...selected to the 2010 Crab Bowl.
