2011 (SOPHOMORE):Played in 10 games, starting four and took on a more significant role as the season went on...four consective starts came during weeks 8-11...finished second on the team with 242 rushing yards on 81 carries (a 3.0 yard-per-carry average) with three touchdowns...also had nine receptions for 36 yards...had 47 yards on 12 carries and two TDs during the 21-14 win over UNLV in week 10...had a career-high 54 rushing yards on 14 carries in week eight against Air Force...toted the ball a career-high 17 times for 51 yards in week seven at TCU...scored his first career TD against New Mexico State in week five and finished with three carries for 25 yards. HIGH SCHOOL: A 2009 graduate of Oak Ridge (Tenn.) High School...speedy, versatile athlete who played mostly running back and defensive back in high school...a standout point guard for the Oak Ridge basketball team earlier in his career before breaking through on the football field...averaged 5.1 yards per carry as a senior (444 yards) and scored nine rushing touchdowns in his first year as the starting tailback for the class 5A Wildcats...also an outstanding receiving threat throughout his career, racking up 50 catches for 802 yards (16.0 average), along with seven touchdowns in his last three seasons...scored on an 82-yard kickoff return and also returned a punt 54 yards for a touchdown in a win against Fulton High School his senior year.
