NEW MEXICO: Senior wide receiver who has fought back from an injury in the spring of 2010...showed great potential last spring before suffering a knee injury during the spring game...playing time is a very good possibility in 2011...has good size, speed and athleticism, and has shown outstanding hands...timed at 4.58 in the 40...spent time at QB in high school and is a versatile threat with the ball in his hands as a runner or passer.

2010 (JUNIOR): Played in eight games after returning early from a spring knee injury...had two receptions for 19 yards...catches came against UNLV and Wyoming.

2009 (SOPHOMORE): Missed the year after being ruled academically ineligible.

2008 (REDSHIRT FRESHMAN): Appeared in 11 games and started 6 times in his debut season...moved into a fulltime offensive role in week 7 at BYU...recorded 11 receptions for 104 yards (9.5 avg.) - all in the final 6 weeks (5 starts)...6 catches for 66 yards in his last 2 games...a versatile threat, he also rushed for 42 yards on 8 carries (5.2 avg.) - all in the final 3 games - and completed 2-3 passes for 60 yards with a long of 40.

`08 HIGHLIGHTS: at UNLV...Led the team with a season-high 51 yards receiving on 3 grabs (long of 18)...also had 14 rushing yards on 3 lateral passes and completed a 20-yard pass on a trick play...at No. 8 BYU...started the game and saw his first significant offensive action of his career...finished with 3 catches for 27 yards.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2007 graduate of Albuquerque Sandia High School...played quarterback, receiver and defensive back for head coach Kevin Barker...first team all-state free safety and wide receiver as a senior...the Matadors went 10-2 in 2006, losing to eventual state champs Las Cruces Mayfield in the state semifinals...set school records his junior year with 35 catches for 881 yards and 10 TDs, earning first team all-metro recognition.
