NEW MEXICO: Veteran wide receiver who is one of the leaders of the group...a reliable player who understands the offense and is a standout in the classroom...a highly underrated athlete as well, combining great speed (timed at 4.53 in the 40) and good strength...has all the tools to be an excellent special teams player and has put himself in position to contribute regularly on offense as well after a strong spring practice season...made his first collegiate game appearance in week 8 of 2008, playing 6 fourth quarter snaps vs. San Diego State...joined the team a walk-on in the fall of 2006 and was voted Most Valuable Offensive Scout by his teammates in 2007.

2009 (JUNIOR): Played in 8 games and had 4 catches...had 46 yards receiving including a long of 29 yards against Tulsa...had 3 catches for 33 yards against the Golden Hurricane.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2006 graduate of Los Lunas (N.M.) HS...first team all-state receiver and punter, and a second team all-metro pick at safety for coach Bobby Campos...team MVP as a senior...caught 9 passes for a school-record 265 yards and four TDs against Las Cruces HS in `05...four-year academic letterman and National Honor Society member.
