2004 (SENIOR): Got off to a bit of a slow start in the first two games, missing 2 of his first 3 attempts...however, rallied to hit 5 straight field goals, including 3 from over 40 yards out, before having his 2nd attempt blocked at UNLV...11-15 (73.3%) on the year with a long of 50...11 conversions are 4th in the MWC...also 21-21 on extra points for a team-high 54 points (4th among MWC kickers) this season...two-time MWC Special Teams Player of the Week...has essentially won 2 games for UNM this year, connecting on a FG as time expired vs. Texas Tech and scoring 14 points in the Lobos' 26-17 at Colorado State...has dramatically improved his kickoffs, averaging 60.4 yards and forcing a career-best 9 touchbacks...at Colorado State...Turned in one of the best games of his career en route to MWC Special Teams Player of the Week and Lou Groza Award Star of the Week honors...tied a career-high with 4 FGs, including a 50-yard kick with 3:26 left in the game to secure the victory...50 yarder was the 15th in school history and first since Zunker's first career attempt in 2001...lone miss was from 48 yards out...also 2-2 on PATs and had another touchback...vs. San Diego State...Was good from 38 yards out in the 2nd quarter, but was unable to attempt a 51-yarder in the 4th quarter due to a bad center-holder exchange...perfect 2-2 on PATs and notched another touchback...averaged an impressive 63.4 yards on 5 kickoffs...at UNLV...1-2 on field goal attempts and a perfect 3-3 on PATs...was good from 32 yards out in the 2nd quarter, but had his 27-yard attempt in the 3rd quarter blocked from the outside for the first time in his career...it was also his first career miss from inside 29 yards...did a nice job diving onto the ball, preventing the Rebels from scooping it up and advancing toward the endzone...had 2 more touchbacks on kickoffs...at Air Force...Nailed a season-long 45-yard field goal late in the 3rd quarter and was 2-2 on PATs...also had the best game of his career on kickoffs, sending 4 into or out of the endzone for touchbacks...at New Mexico State...Knocked in a 23-yard FG to close the 1st half and was 5-5 on extra points, including one from 15 yards out...sent 2 kickoffsinto the endzone...vs. Texas Tech..Named MWC Special Teams Player of the Week for the second time in his career as he helped UNM defeat the Red Raiders for the first time in 20 years...missed his first kick of the night, a 46-yard attempt in the second quarter, but was there when his teammates needed him in the fourth quarter...connected on a season-long 44-yard FG on the first play of the quarter to knot the game at 24...stepped onto the field again with 4 seconds remaining in the game after Kole McKamey drove the Lobos 54 yards in 1:43 to the Texas Tech 26-yard line...was unshakable, despite Tech's attempts to ice him by using back-to-back timeouts...after waiting out the timeouts, calmly booted a 43-yard field goal straight and true to send the nearly 39,000 fans in attendance into a frenzy...also knocked in all 3 PAT attempts...vs. Washington State...Hit 1-2 field goal attempts in the season-opener...pushed a 33-yarder wide right late in the first half, but later hit a 21-yard kick to open the fourth quarter...also did a nice job on his kickoffs, sending two balls into the endzone.

2003 (JUNIOR): First team all-MWC selection who was the league's most accurate kicker and ranked No. 4 nationally (min. 15 FGs made)...hit a career-best 15-17 (88.2%) field goals, including 15 straight and 4 in a row from 40 yards or longer, before pushing a 41-yard kick wide right in snowy Laramie, Wyo...15 FGs were tied for the 5th-most in UNM history...first miss was a 49-yard attempt that glanced off the upright at Texas Tech...42-45 on PATs, the 3rd-most conversions in school history...two misses came as a result of poor snaps, while one was blocked...career-high 87 points on the year was tops among MWC kickers and 2nd overall, behind Lobo RB DonTrell Moore...named the league's top kicker (kicker or punter) by Collegefootballnews.com...selected as one of the Lou Groza Award's "Top Three Stars" for Week 11, following his performance vs. CSU...Wyoming...Solid effort in blizzard-like conditions...hit a 24-yard field goal to open the second quarter, but was wide right on a 41-yard attempt at the end of the half, snapping a string of 15 straight conversions...did hit both PATs in the elements...Colorado State...Made the biggest kick of his career when he nailed a 33-yard attempt as time ran out to give UNM a 37-34 victory...also knocked in a 41-yard field goal earlier in the quarter and was good from 27 yards out to open the Lobo scoring...also 4-4 on PATs...earned MWC Special Teams Player of the Week honors following the game, becoming the second UNM kicker (Vladamir Borombozin -2001) to win the award...Utah...Another flawless field goal performance, connecting on a career-high four attempts (24, 23, 36, 24)...3-4 on PATs, missing on a poorly snapped ball...San Diego State...Outstanding day, hitting all 3 FGs and both PATs...hit a season-long 48-yard kick as the clock ran out in the 1st half, giving UNM much-needed momentum...was also good from 32 and 21 yards out...Utah State...Hit both of his field goal attempts, connecting from 24 and 41 yards...first multiple FG game of his career...New Mexico State...Was perfect on his only field goal attempt, a 43-yard kick to give the Lobos' the lead for good, 17-14, late in the third quarter...Texas Tech...Had his 49-yard FG attempt at the end of the 1st half glance off the left upright.

2002 (SOPHOMORE): 1-4 on field goals and 11-11 on PATs in 5 games...left the game vs. Baylor with a sore quadriceps muscle and did not play at New Mexico State...returned to handling field goal and kickoff duties vs. Texas Tech, but injured his groin the following week in practice and was sidelined the rest of the year...Air Force...was good on his only field goal attempt, a 28-yarder.

2001 (FRESHMAN): Made 2 of 4 FG attempts...his first collegiate try was true from 51 yards in the season opener against UTEP...also connected from 43 yards at Baylor...opponents averaged just 18.6 yards on 51 kickoff returns.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2001 graduate of New Braunfels (Texas) Canyon High...all-conference performer three straight years in football and soccer...was a first team all-Greater San Antonio Area selection...booted four FGs from 47 yards or longer with a long of 52 yards...named all-Millennium kicker at Canyon High...played for coach Brad Wright...also played basketball...was a Who's Who Among Young American Scholars.
