Jim Anderson enters his third year as an assistant coach with the Lobo men's golf program. A native of Sioux Falls, S.D., Anderson was a four-year letter-winner on the men's golf team at New Mexico from 2001-04. Anderson played in 38 rounds during his career at UNM, posting a 75.45 average. His best outing was at the Border Olympics during his freshman season. There he posted a 5-under 211 to tied for second place. He also tied for medalist honors at the Western New Mexico University Invite with the JV squad in his sophomore season. A business major at New Mexico, Anderson graduated with a degree in Business-Human Resources in 2003. He completed a Master's degree in Sport Administration from UNM in 2004. His brother, Mark, also competed at UNM for the men's golf program from 2005-06. |
