08/01/2012 Lobo Men's Golf Team Earns All-Academic HonorsGCAA honors program for third consecutive season 04/24/2012 Stevens: UNM/Fidelity Investments Honor The Best Lobo Scholar-AthletesAwards banquet recognizes outstanding Lobo performances in the classroom 2011-12 (SENIOR): Won his third Maine Amateur Championship (July 11-13), becoming the youngest-ever three-time champion of the event. 2010-11 (JUNIOR): Participated in eleven tournaments with an average score of 75.88 over 32 rounds...Recorded a season-best finish tied for 20th at the Mark Simpson Invitational, ending up three over par...Notched two more top-30 finishes, at the John Burns Intercollegiate (finishing tied for 28th with an even score) and the Mountain West Conference Championships (finishing tied 26th with a score six over par). 2009-10 (FRESHMAN): Posted a 75.80 stroke average at seven varsity tournaments, including the Mountain West Conference Championship...Posted a low round of 68 at the Adams' Cup en route to a top-20 finish (13th)...Claimed his second Maine State Amateur Championship over the summer.
