THIS SEASON: A fundamentally sound golfer...good ball striker who is straight...looking to increase his time with the varsity team after playing in eight events as a junior...has 10 career events under his belt, posting a 76.45 average in 29 rounds. 2007-08 (JUNIOR): Played in eight events on the year, averaging 75.30 strokes per 18 holes in 23 rounds...shot a season-low 69 in the first round of the PING BYU Cougar Classic...low 54 total was a 4-under 212 at the Tucker where he posted a career-low tie for second while playing as an individual. 2006-07 (SOPHOMORE): Played in one varsity event, one event as an individual and three tournaments with the JV team...low 18 was a 70 in the first round of the Mustang Invitational with the JV team...74 at the Ping Arizona Intercollegiate was his low varsity round. 2005-06 (FRESHMAN): Competed in five tournaments, all with the JV team...best finish was 23rd at the Mustang Intercollegiate...low round was 69 in both the second round of the Pioneer Classic and the first round of the Wyoming Cowboy Classic...best 54-hole score was 220 at the Pioneer Classic...two rounds of par or better and two rounds of 70 or lower.
