2003-04 (JUNIOR): Levin joined the UNM team to start the spring season after transferring from UCLA...Played in eight tournaments this season...Scoring average of of 70.58 ranks first all-time at UNM...Finished in the top-20 in six tournaments...Won medalist honors at the John Burns Intercollegiate with a 15-under par 201 for the second best 54-hole score in UNM history...Named Golf Week National Player of the Week on Feb. 24, for performance at John Burns Intercollegiate...Carded a career-low round of 63 in the second round of the PING-Arizona Intercollegiate for the second best round in UNM history...Finished ninth at the MWC Championships and tied for sixth at the NCAA West Regional for third and fourth top-10 finishes of the season...Selected to the All-MWC team...Named second team All-American.
UCLA 2002-03 -- Levin helped UCLA to the PAC-10 championship with a tie for 32nd...Finished in the top 10 three times...Best finish came at the Pacific Invitational where he finished fifth at 8-under par...Levin also finished 8th at the Pepperdine Invitational and tied for 9th at The Prestige...Levin played in eight tournaments with a scoring average of 72.7...Advanced to the quarterfinals of the 2002 U.S. Amateur before losing 4&3 to eventual champion Ricky Barnes of Arizona ... Posted rounds of 70-71--141 to tie for 28th in the stroke play format ... Defeated Russ Cunningham of Dewitt, Mich., in 14 holes in the first round and beat Brad Mooris 4&3 of Clay City, Ky., in the second round ... Won the Northern California Amateur at Pebble Beach with a 6&4 victory over Jason Higton of San Joaquin ... Tied for third at 146 (73-73) in medal play ... JUNIOR GOLF (2001-02): Veteran AJGA player who won the Polo Classic in November, 2001, with a 4&3 victory over Jessie Mudd at the Magnolia Course at Walt Disney World ... He tied for 12th in medal play at 141 (72-69) ... Placed second in the FCWT California Jr. Classic at 215 (72-70-73) ... Won the FCWT Shootout at Turkey Creek with scores of 71-71-75--217 ... Finished sixth at even par 144 (71-73) in the WorldCom Jr. Classic ... Earned AJGA Second Team All-America honors in 2001 ... Advanced to the quarterfinals of the 2001 U.S. Jr. Amateur.
