CAREER VARSITY NUMBERS 2004-05 (THIS SEASON): Will look to continue to elevate his game in 2004-05 and has the potential to be an All-American..Has continually increased his length off the tee...Works extremely hard on his game...Will be looked to as a team leader this season ...This summer finished third at the Southwestern, second at the Dogwood and qualified for the U.S. Amateur and match play at the U.S. Public Links. 2003-04 (JUNIOR): Saw action in 13 tournaments...Finished in the top-20 five times...Reynolds' best finish was T8th at the William H. Tucker Intercollegiate...Opened spring season T9th at PING-Arizona Intercollegiate with three rounds under par...Other top-20 finishes were at Inverness Intercollegiate (T13th), Hall of Fame Invitational (T16th) and ASU Thunderbird Invitationl (T20th)...Had a very successful summer in 2003...Finished second after losing in a playoff in the Austin (Texas) City Amateur. 2002-03 (SOPHOMORE): Had three top-25 finishes in the fall season...Placed 10th in the MWC Championships...He finished in 15th place at the Club Glove Intercollegiate and 20th at the Sooner Invitational...As a JV player in the William H.Tucker, Reynolds finished 22nd out of 97 participants. 2001-02 (FRESHMAN): Reynolds had an outstanding freshman year for the Lobos, playing in every varsity event but one, and he competed in the NCAAs as one of two UNM freshmen...Finished 10th twice (PING Arizona Intercollegiate and MWC Championships) and 11th at Border Olympics for his highest finishes of the year. HIGH SCHOOL: Was a four-year letterwinner for coach Phillip DeLeon at Stephen F. Austin HS in Austin, Texas...Won a total of 15 prep tournaments...Was team MVP and all-district in each of his last three years...In junior play had great success: won 1999 International Junior Masters; third in 2000 MCI Junior Classic; won 2001 AJGA Taylor Made Classic at -3 for two rounds; fourth in 2000 Doral Publinx Junior tourney; and eighth at 2001 Firecracker Open...Lowest junior round was 67 at the Texas Junior Golf tournament...1999 honorable mention junior All-American by Polo and the American Junior Golf Association...In the summer 2000, he had four top-10 finishes in national events (International Junior Masters, MCI Junior Classic, Western Junior Amateur and the AJGA Chrysler Junior Classic).
