Chris Cartlidge Last College: Essex '92 Position: Volunteer Assistant Coach Experience: 5th Year

Chris Cartlidge is in his sixth season as an assistant coach with the New Mexico men's soccer program, his first as a volunteer coach. He was a full-time assistant for the previous four years, and a volunteer assistant during the 2006 season. He has spent the last 10 years with Rio Vista FC and currently serves as its Director of Coaching.

Cartildge is a native of Essex, England, and is a graduate of Essex University where he received a law degree in 1992. He was captain of the men's soccer team at Essex and went on to player semi-pro soccer in England after graduation. He and his wife, Letta, have two sons, Finn (10) and Aidan (6).
