FLUSHING MEADOWS, N.Y.—The Lobos certainly tried their best at the ITA National Indoor Championship. They will be competing in the backdraw of doubles starting tomorrow morning.

Jadon Phillips and Phil Anderson faced off against University of Florida’s Federhofer/Slilam this morning. It was a tough match and Federhofer/Slilam played aggressive straight from the beginning of the match to the end. The Lobos tried their best but their best was not good enough falling with a score of 8-4.

Assistant Coach Bart Scott says the Lobos “will be ready to improve tomorrow” as they will be competing against University of Tennessee’s Libietis/Reese at 10 a.m. EST.
