COLLEGE CAREER: Melissa saw action at the four and five positions this year. She has became UNM�s top scorer off the bench, averaging 6.7 points. Has been able to hit the three with consistency and has a soft touch from 12-15 feet. Has helped the Lobos lead the league in rebounding.

2002-03: Saw action in every game�Had a career-high 20 points against Kent State, 8-17 from the field, 4-8 from behind the arc�Had 10 rebounds against Memphis for a career-high�Named the Holiday Inn Mountain View Invitational MVP�Scored 10 points off the bench against Colorado State�Came off the bench at the MWC Championships to record 12 points and eight rebounds�Had five first-half points against Mississippi State in the NCAA second round game�Also recorded three rebounds against the Lady Bulldogs.
