Becky Dover is in her third season as assistant coach for women's golf. Dover spent the previous two seasons as the Director of Operations for the University of New Mexico softball program.

Dover, a four-year softball letterwinner at New Mexico from 2004-07, received her bachelor's degree in Psychology from UNM in December of 2007. She earned a master's degree in Sport Administration from UNM in the summer of 2009.

"We're thrilled to have Becky with the women's golf program," said Trujillo. "First and foremost, she is a Lobo. She has a diverse background that helps us in recruiting. Becky knows what UNM and Albuquerque have to offer."

Dover was a three-time All-Mountain West Conference Academic Team selection and a four-time UNM Scholar-Athlete. She was softball team captain as a senior in 2007.

Dover's father, Steve, was a running back at Notre Dame where he lettered in 1977 and `78. Led by QB Joe Montana, the Fightin' Irish won the 1977 national championship. Steve also worked in the front office of the Los Angeles Lakers for 20 years.
