Becky Dover spent three seasons (2010-12) as an assistant coach for women's golf. Dover spent the previous two seasons as the Director of Operations for the University of New Mexico softball program.

Dover, a four-year softball letterwinner at New Mexico from 2004-07, received her bachelor's degree in Psychology from UNM in December of 2007. She earned a master's degree in Sport Administration from UNM in the summer of 2009.

Dover was a three-time All-Mountain West Conference Academic Team selection and a four-time UNM Scholar-Athlete. She was softball team captain as a senior in 2007.

Dover's father, Steve, was a running back at Notre Dame where he lettered in 1977 and `78. Led by QB Joe Montana, the Fightin' Irish won the 1977 national championship. Steve also worked in the front office of the Los Angeles Lakers for 20 years.
