New Mexico Finishes Day One with a Draw and a Victory

Lobos look to the bats of Carramusa and Garcia

JUNIOR SEASON (2011)- Started all 45 games in center field for the Lobos and compiled a .922 fielding percentage...was eighth in the Mountain West in batting percentage with a .359...had 47 hits on 131 at-bats...had eight doubles, two triples, one home run, notching 20 RBI...recipient of the MW Academic All-Conference Award for spring 2011.

SOPHOMORE SEASON (2010)-Started in 32 games out of 34 games played in the outfield for the Lobos...hit .214 with 15 hits in 70 at-bats during her sophomore year...scored 11 runs, stole eight bases, hit one triple, and had five RBIs.

FRESHMAN SEASON (2009)-Made 15 starts in the outfield and played in 24 games for the Lobos as a true freshman...hit .224 at the collegiate level...posted three RBI and crossed the plate six times...stole two bases in four attempts...was perfect on the field and was the only player on the team to post a fielding percentage of 1.000...had 21 putouts and 32 assists.

HIGH SCHOOL-Played high school softball for Jen Gomez at John Burroughs High School ... was a two-time first team all-Foothill League selection...named first team all-area four times and first team all-league twice in the Pacific Region...also ran cross country while at JBHS and was on the first girls team to go to the CIF finals in 2004...played club ball for the American Pastime 18U Gold, So Cal Athletics 16U and the Pumas 18U Gold.
