New Mexico swimming finds success at Cougar Classic Fall Invitational

5 school records broken at Fall Invitational

SOPHOMORE: Had the top time in the 400-yard individual medley...finished fifth in both the 200-yard breaststroke and 1000-yard freestyle...was seventh in the 200-yard individual medley and 500-yard freestyle...finished ninth in the 200-yard freestyle and 100-yard breaststroke...was a 2010-2011 Academic All-Conference selection and MW Scholar-Athlete honoree.

FRESHMAN: Finished third in the 200-yard breaststroke, and was fifth in both the 1,000- and 1,650-yard freestyle. 2009-2010 Spring All-MWC and 2009-2010 MWC Scholar-Athlete.

HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Lathrop High School...swam for the Midnight Sun Swim Team...placed second in the 500-yard freestyle at the Alaska High School State meet... was the girls team captain... received MVP for both her club and high school team... received the high point award at Age Group Sectionals in 2008 and qualified for Senior Sectionals... graduated with a 4.01.

PERSONAL: Born Sept. 2, 1990 in Fairbanks, Ala....daughter of Don and Kanza Keill...hobbies include skiing, snowboarding, playing soccer and drawing...favorite food is peanut butter
