New Mexico swimming finds success at Cougar Classic Fall Invitational

5 school records broken at Fall Invitational

JUNIOR: Turned in the second best time in the 200-yard IM in her third year with New Mexico...also finished fifth in the 400-yard IM...placed 17th in both the 100- and 200-yard breast at the 2012 MW Championships, her time in the 200-yard breast was also a new school record.

SOPHOMORE: Finished second in the 200-yard breaststroke...was third in both the 200- and 400-yard individual medley and fifth the 100-yard breaststroke.

FRESHMAN: Finished first in the 200-yard breaststroke as well as third in the 100-yard breaststroke and the 200-yard individual medley.

HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Eaglecrest High School and swam for the Mission Aurora Colorado Swimming club team...broke four pool records and three school records at Eaglecrest and was a member of the Aurora All-City Team...was a sectional qualifier in the 100-yard and 200-yard breaststroke and 100-yard and 400-yard individual medley...placed in the top-16 in the 400-yard freestyle relay at sectionals...was a four year honors student.
