FRESHMAN: Finished her freshman campaign with the top time in the 200-yard butterfly and the third fastest time in the 100-yard fly, finished with the fifth best time in the 200-yard IM and the fourth best in the 400-yard IM...had four first place finishes in the 200-yard fly throughout the course of the season...finished 23rd in the 100-yard fly at the 2012 MW Championships, also finished 17th in the 200-yard fly at the championships...was named a 2011-2012 Academic All-MW selection.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2011 graduate of Thompson Valley High School...swam for coach Kayli Changstrom...high school team was conference champions all four years of high school career, state champions her junior and senior years...was conference champion in the 200-yard medley relay as a sophomre, 200-yard medley relay conference and state champion as a senior...state champion in the 100-yard butterfly as a junior.

PERSONAL: Born August 15, 1993 in Loveland, Colo....full name is Samantha Ann Moss...daughter of Laura and Mark Moss...has two siblings, Kristen and Jamie...hobbies include orchestra, swimming and camping...favorite food is potatoes...favorite athlete is Misty Hyman...received the Golden Eagle Award while in high school...was also named Thompson Valley HS freshman, sophomore, junior and senior of the year...earned an academic letter...plans to major in Sociology at UNM.
