Plays as a lefty...learned to incorporate more variety into her game and the results are starting to show.
2008-09: Tessmar went 9-11 in doubles splitting time between Anya Villanueva-Forte, White, Sotirchos and Manumea Durie...ends her sophomore season with a record of 22-29 in singles and 23-25 in doubles.
Off the court Tessmar has earned the UNM Scholar Athlete award in 2009 along with the ITA Scholar Athlete in 2008, MWC Scholar Athlete Award in 2008 and was named to the MWC Academic All-Conference in 2008.
2007-08: Finished 13-12 in singles and 14-14 in doubles...went 4-3 in singles in the spring playing six of those matches at the No. 6 spot...finished the spring with a 10-9 record in doubles with partners Ryba and Hayman...had a 4-5 record with Ryba switching between the second and third spot...had a 6-4 record with Hayman at the No. 3 spot.
FALL 2007: Ended the fall season winning last two doubles and last singles match... collected a 9-9 singles mark in her first semester as a Lobo... went 4-5 in doubles with four different partners. HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Kungsholmens Gymnasium in Stockholm, Sweden.
