Jordie Hadfield joined the Lobo staff in August 2008, following graduation from the University of Oregon. Hadfield coordinates the day-to-day operations of the Lobo volleyball program.

At Oregon, Hadfield was a student manager for the Ducks volleyball team for two seasons. She also spent two years working as an assistant in the Oregon financial aid office.

Hadfield, the older sister of Lobo junior Taylor Hadfield, played four years of high school volleyball for Redwood High School. She was an all-league performer as a senior and led her team to the California Division II state semifinals that season. As a junior, Hadfield was named the Most Improved Player on the team. A member of the National Honor Society, Hadfield was an avid youth swimmer and holds the record for the 50-meter backstroke in her club program.
