High School: lettered in volleyball all four years at Centennial...she was named team MVP and all-league (Yosemite), garnering MVP honors this past season...also named to the first team all-area in 2002...helped lead her team to four straight district playoff appearances...member of the Bakersfield Academic Honor Roll where she maintained a 3.0 GPA.

Personal is the daughter of Judy and Terry Smith...brother Chad played football at UNM (safety) in the mid-90s...undecided on a major.
